Job description

LiDAR Point Classification for Power Transmission Lines

Processing of LAS/LAZ data obtained from measurements. Initially, an automated classification was performed, identifying classes such as “land,” “vegetation,” and “residential buildings”. To determine power transmission lines and the phases of each wire, a meticulous step-by-step review was conducted. During this process, each element was assigned to the appropriate class.

Further steps included refining the DSM, correcting automatic classification errors, and accurately identifying on-site features.

This process precisely identified power transmission lines, and ensured reliable point classification for future use.
